REGISTRATION
The in-person registration fee includes educational sessions (7.75 hours of CAE credit), two receptions, all meals on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday, and two keynote addresses. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29, AT 12:00 p.m. On-site registration will open on Sunday, May 3 at 4:00 p.m.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are based on the following schedule:
  • Cancelled by April 3: Registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee
  • April 4-10: 75% of registration fees
  • April 11-17: 50% of registration fees
  • Starting April 18: No refund will be issued
Registrations are transferable to another person within the same organization. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to [email protected]; expect confirmation within two business days.

  • Daily Self-Parking is $30.00 per day. Overnight accommodation booking links provided in your registration confirmation email.
  • Association Professionals: Will receive Monday night complimentary when a Sunday night room is booked. You MUST include both Sunday and Monday nights in your reservation to receive this benefit. Once onsite at the conference, the Hotel will remove the Monday night charges from your bill. This is on first come first serve basis.
  • Reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit.  Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
