SCHEDULE

8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Registration/Check-in

9:00 - 9:05 a.m. Welcome & Opening Remarks

9:05 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. Client Management: Quantifying and Communicating Your Value
Continually demonstrating and communicating your value is crucial to building trust and securing long-term partnerships with clients. Yet as AMCs, we too often get caught in the trap of intensely defending our fees based on our costs, rather than the outcomes and client value we deliver. This session will review multiple approaches to qualifying and quantifying your value and communicating that to your clients.

10:35 – 11: 50 a.m. Technology Management: Integrating AI Into AMC Operations
With all the buzz surrounding AI, when and how does integrating these and other automation technologies into AMC operations make sense for your clients and your company? Understand the range of opportunities to utilize these technologies in member services, content creation, event management, and data analysis, and address privacy and data security considerations.

Noon - 1:00 p.m. Networking Lunch

1:05 – 2:15 p.m. Business Management: Assessing and Executing an Internal Reorganization
Should you consider an internal reorganization in an ever-changing business and economic climate? And if you answered yes, how best do you approach it to ensure success? This session will identify factors to consider when assessing the need for an internal organization, including strategy, staffing, skills, and structure.

2:30-3:45 p.m.
Event Management: Partner Forum
Roundtable discussion with AMCs and hotel/CVB partners.
