Running Effective Board Meetings

Join your AMC colleagues for a virtual roundtable discussion on running effective board meetings. The problem: boards are volunteers, busy, and maybe certain board business is not of particular interest or in their wheelhouse (i.e. financials) so they skim reports.

• How do we get board members to actively engage and review board meeting materials?
• What solutions have others used to encourage thoughtful review of reports, especially those that are provided to support vote by the board?
