The 2020 Fall Conference features a first-of-its-kind virtual trade show for association executives, professional meeting planners and others who are involved with holding meetings and events in the Commonwealth. The 2020 Fall Conference includes all that you’ve come to expect from VSAE events and much more, including:

Virtual education sessions providing real-time engagement with presenters and fellow attendees. Attendees can earn up to 7.0 CAE credit hours.
 Online exhibit hall with product demos and the opportunity for real-time and scheduled meetings with exhibitors.
Networking opportunities including meet-ups for communities of interest, one-on-one connections via chat and video and a virtual happy hour.
 Interactive demos from our sponsors, with fun and interactive food and beverage demonstrations, and much more.
On-demand access to the exhibit hall and conference sessions for 12 months after the event.

Regardless of your job title, this event will help you deliver more value to your members, meeting attendees, and customers. The trade show features exhibitors  representing hotel properties, meeting facilities, and other industry-related businesses from across the region.

     CAE Hours: 7.00 (Tuesday Keynote + sessions on Tuesday & Wednesday)

Cancellation Policy: No refunds. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to an association executive, professional meeting planner, or other qualified leader involved with holding meetings or events.
