REGISTRATION 

COVID Safety

Our priority remains the safety of attendees, presenters, VSAE staff and hotel personnel. As such, we will follow COVID safety protocols and mandates by federal, state, and/or local authorities at the time of the event. Based on the Virginia Department of Health Mask Requirements and Recommendations, we highly recommend you wear a mask or face covering during this event.

 

In addition, all attendees will be required to provide proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID, or proof of a negative COVID test administered within 72 hours of the event. To save time at on-site check-in, fully vaccinated attendees may choose to email [email protected] with proof of vaccination no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Once verified, this email will be permanently deleted. Otherwise, you must show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test when picking up your registration badge. Photo image, paper documentation, and QR code issued by Virginia Department of Health are acceptable. Download a QR code of your Virginia COVID vaccination record at the Virginia COVID-19 vaccination portal. 

Only confirmation of COVID vaccination will be noted in the attendee's registration record and VSAE will employ all reasonable measures to secure this information and limit access to it. This information will be used solely for the purpose of verifying proof of vaccination for future VSAE events. Attendees who prefer vaccination status not be retained by VSAE will be required to show proof of COVID vaccination on-site at each VSAE event.

This policy is subject to revision pending changes to federal or state guidelines regarding booster shots.

• WEDNESDAY ONLY - includes Wednesday workshop & networking reception.

Cancellation Policy: If you would not be comfortable attending should it be necessary to adopt the above measures and others as may be appropriate at the time of the event, you may cancel your registration on or before September 15 for a full refund. After that date, we will be placing final orders for food and are unable to issue refunds.

You may transfer your registration to an association executive, professional meeting planner, or other qualified leader involved with holding meetings or events. Contact [email protected] for more information. VSAE reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet stated criteria.
