REGISTRATION

Eligibility
Fall Conference is open to association executives and staff, professional meeting planners, and other professionals responsible for planning meetings, conferences, or events.

Industry partners, suppliers, and VSAE Associate Members may participate by exhibiting in the Expo (see Exhibitor Registration Form). 

Registration Options
Full Conference Registration
Includes opening reception, keynote breakfast, education sessions (3.00 CAE hours), Expo with lunch, and parking at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. 

Expo Only Registration
Includes Expo with lunch and parking at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. 

Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration on or before August 21 for a full refund. After that date, we are unable to issue refunds.

You may transfer your registration to an association executive, professional meeting planner, or other qualified leader involved with holding meetings or events. Contact [email protected] for more information. VSAE reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet stated criteria.
