This year, Denise celebrated 40 years in the hotel sales industry with a career both in group sales, catering and conference services including leading teams in both these areas. Her passion has always been relationship selling with combining her skills as a good listener, work ethic, focus, drive and persistence in making every group event a successful one.

Executive Director | Virginia Library Association

Lisa is the Executive Director for the Virginia Library Association. She is a member of VSAE, the International Council of Library Association Executives, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Beach Public Library. She is also a member of the inaugural American Library Association Policy Corps.

James River Audio Visual Services is a full service, independently owned, private audio visual equipment rental and technical services provider. The owners, John Triska and Randy Cummins have a combined experience of well over 50 years in the meetings, conference and live event business. After 4 years with a nationally known audio visual company and 24 years managing the AV operation at a Virginia based conference resort, John and Randy set out on their own and formed James River Audio Visual Services (JRAVS).

 

Natalie Toler, IOM

Vice President of Meetings, Education & Membership & PAC Director | Virginia Automobile Dealers Association

Natalie is a graduate of James Madison University, Go Dukes! She's been a valued staff member at the Virginia Automobile Dealers Association for the past 14 years, although she has been working on meetings since the age of 14. Natalie is a busy mom of three children including a 4 year old, who became the last child, no guesses why that was.

 

Pamela Y. Flynn

Meetings & Education Manager | Eisenman & Associates, Inc.

Pamela is responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences and events for E&A’s clients, including the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE) and the Virginia Propane Gas Association (VAPGA). Before joining E&A, she was the Program Administrator for the Office of Continuing Education at the VCU School of Dentistry and an educator at ECPI University - Medical Careers Institute. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of event management, corporate training, program coordination, higher education, accreditation standards, and customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Florida A&M University.

 

Tiffany Brown

Project Assistant, Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation | Virginia Tech
Tiffany is Extension Project Assistant in the Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation at Virginia Tech. She handles logistics and planning for statewide and regional conferences and meetings, manages grants and provides general administrative support. She resides in Christiansburg with her two daughters, Amalie and River.

 

Tom Osina, CAE, IOM

Principal | Non-Profit Help

Tom is a principal of Non-Profit Help, an association management company in Alexandria and Richmond, VA.  His favorite activities are riding motorcycles and rescuing Weimaraners.
