Description: So, you’ve completed your organizati
on’s AMS implementation. You’ve invested your time, energy and moohlah! You
’ve poured hundreds of hours into the project, consumed countless cups of c
offee, eaten too much pizza and celebrated with cake! You’re all done, righ
t? No! “Go-live” is really just the beginning. Organizations n
eed to approach “life after launch” with the same thoughtfulness as the imp
lementation process. Don’t get us wrong, “go-live” is a mega-milestone that
should be celebrated, but it’s important to know what to expect and have a
plan for the first 12-24 months after launch. Properly planning and managi
ng expectation for “life after launch” will pay huge dividends for gaining
user adoption and lasting confidence for the new software.
Learning Objectives:
- Tactics for setting organization expectations after launch
- Step
s to take during the implementation to ensure long term success
- The
post launch processes that are essential for long term success
- Ide
as to keep staff engaged
- How to ensure the end-user experience (mem
ber, donor, certificate, etc.) isn’t overlooked
- Frameworks that ens
ure your technology continues to align with your organizational strategy
