From 12 - 1 PM on April 19th, VSAE is hosting a virtual panel discussion for the Early Career Professionals (ECP). The panel will feature three current VSAE leaders:

• Maureen Dingus, CAE - Chief Operating Officer for the Virginia Society of CPA's and Past-President of VSAE
• Stewart Hinckley - President & CEO of Ruggles Service Corporation and President-Elect for VSAE
• Christina Lewellen, MBA, CAE - Executive Director of Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools and VSAE Board Member

Topics covered will include work-life balance strategies, leadership styles, professional journey, VSAE leadership path, advice on taking on more responsibilities, plus a Q&A!

As a reminder, there is no defined age or experience level to be engaged with ECP - if you consider yourself an Early Career Professional in the association or hospitality space, you are invited to participate! Participation with ECP is open to both Executive and Associate members of VSAE, as well as non-VASE members who are in the non-profit or association industry across the Commonwealth.
