Terry Monroe has announced his decision to step down as VSAE Executive Director and President of Association Management at Eisenman & Associates at the end of September. He has served as VSAE’s Executive Director since August 2020.

“Serving as your Executive Director has been the pinnacle of my career," Monroe stated. “I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together; VSAE is truly the gold standard among state societies. My thanks to the board, members, partners, and my colleagues at Eisenman & Associates for their unwavering support and friendship. I'm excited for the future – enjoying family time, pursuing personal passions, and embarking on new adventures. I also look forward to remaining active in our association community and supporting the next generation of association professionals."
