VSAE 2020 Virtual Fall Conference Booth Contract

COMPLETING THE PURCHASE FORM CONSTITUTES AN ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT

Based on full payment, Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE) hereby provides a virtual booth in the VSAE 2020 Virtual Fall Conference on the Whova virtual platform for the duration of the Fall Conference on Tuesday, October 13, - Wednesday, October 14, 2020, subject to the Rules and Regulations below and incorporated as part of this contract. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE 2020 VIRTUAL FALL CONFERENCE

  1. Exhibit hours: 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 and 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. You can interact with attendees four weeks prior to the tradeshow and up to 12 months afterwards.
  2. Payment and cancellation policy: Exhibit fees must be paid in full upon submission of online purchase form. Cancellations must be in writing. NO refunds will be issued, but payments will be applied to your 2021 Fall Conference booth purchase.
  3. Booth customization time period: You will receive a personalized link to customize your virtual booth. The Whova virtual platform will be made public to attendees on Wednesday, September 16. You can continue to make revisions and upgrades to your booth after that date. All exhibits must be finalized by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. 
  4. Dismantling Hours: Because this is a virtual trade show there is no dismantling needed. Your virtual booth will remain accessible to attendees up to 12 months after the conference.
  5. Amendment to Regulations: All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are subject to the decision of VSAE. The Virginia Society of Association Executives shall have sole authority to circulate, interpret, and enforce all rules and regulations and to make any amendments necessary for the orderly conduct of the Fall Conference.
